Set clearly defined goals and list the activities that need to be SLAYED daily to achieve them. Give yourself deadlines for your goals and create a no excuses, no negativity environment. You'll be surprised by what you can achieve! SERVE + Add Value Instead of Cutting Prices- Most businesses are often tempted to cut prices during the summer months when sales are slow. But cutting prices also reduces your business’ profits. Instead of selling items for less than they’re worth, try to entice customers to buy by boosting the value of your products and services. For example, if you're with a health and wellness company, throw in a free meal plan or workout plan with the purchase of one of your weight loss packs! Run with the Season + Holidays- Just because the December holidays have passed doesn’t mean businesses should not take advantage of seasonal marketing opportunities. Get together a list of summer events to highlight when to promote your products. Think of the holidays like Memorial Day and the Fourth of July--- small businesses can look for marketing opportunities centered around popular summertime activities like cookouts, beach trips, and days at the baseball park. The idea is do summer-themed content, such as blogs and social media posts, and use them to promote your products and services!
