CREATING YOUR SELF LOVE POWER MANTRA!

This is your recipe for constructing your very own Self Love Power Mantra. In this recipe we are going to:

  1. Closely examine what your relationships are trying to teach you about how you could be more loving towards yourself

  2. Use that information to design a mantra that is specific to you and what you need most, so that you can immediately start tapping into that infinite source of self love within that is available to you at all times

Let’s begin.

  1. Examine the relationships that you enjoy.

    1. Describe how they make you feel

    2. Examine why they make you feel that way

    3. Write how they make you feel as a positive affirmation about how you feel towards yourself and then use the why as your how

(example: If you have certain relationships that always make you feel unconditionally loved because they accept you for who you are, then you could write it as “I unconditionally love and accept myself just as I am”)

  1. Examine the relationships that you do not enjoy as much.

    1. Describe how they make you feel

    2. Examine why they make you feel that way

    3. Write how they make you feel as an opposite positive affirmation about how you feel about yourself and then use the opposite of the why as your how

(example: If you have certain relationships that always make you feel like you’re not being valued because they don’t appreciate you or because they take you for granted, then you could write it as “I am a high value woman and I appreciate all that I am and do”)

  1. Examine the relationship that you have with yourself.

    1. Describe the things you love about yourself the most

    2. Describe the things you that you often find hold you back a little

    3. Write positive affirmations for the things you love and and opposite positive affirmations for the things that hold you back

(example: If you love that you are so determined and passionate about your dreams and aspirations but don’t love that you sometimes lack the confidence to follow through on them, you can write it as “my passion and determination is unstoppable and my confidence is soaring”)

Combine all your c’s into one powerful statement and VOILA!
You have your very own Personal Self Love Mantra.
